Another LSU women’s basketball star is using her name, image and likeness profile to give back to her local community.
After [autotag]Flau’Jae Johnson[/autotag] hosted an event benefitting the Boys & Girls Club in her hometown of Savannah, Georgia, [autotag]Angel Reese[/autotag] is following suit with an event of her own.
Reese is hosting a back-to-school giveback block party at her high school alma mater, Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore. Reese will be giving away school supplies, backpacks, food and personal hygiene items. The event will feature a live DJ and bounce houses, according to a promotion Reese posted on her social media.

Reese was one of the best players in the entire country this past season as she led LSU to its first national title. She’s expected to lead a talented team once again as the Tigers look to defend their championship.
