The LSU women’s basketball team already has one 2025 commitment on board in top 25 combo guard [autotag]Bella Hines[/autotag], and it remains in the mix for a couple of elite players in the cycle.

The Tigers are currently the favorite to land No. 1 overall prospect [autotag]Aaliyah Chavez[/autotag], and now, they’ve made the cut for another top-five prospect as [autotag]ZaKiyah Johnson[/autotag] included them in her top six along with USC, Kentucky, Notre Dame, South Carolina and Louisville.

The Sacred Heart Academy (Shelbyville, Ky.) shooting guard is the No. 4 player in America per On3, and while Tennessee was seen as the leader, the Volunteers didn’t make her final six.

Johnson is set to take an official visit to Lexington on Friday, according to On3’s Talia Goodman, and she plans to officially visit her other finalists, as well. That includes LSU, which is currently set to host her on Sept. 7.
