[autotag]Colin Hurley[/autotag] will be competing for a spot in the Elite 11.
The class of 2024 quarterback announced he was invited to compete in an Elite 11 regional this summer. It comes as no surprise. Hurley is one of the top QBs in his class even after reclassifying to 2024.
Hurley committed to LSU in November. According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Hurley is the 13th-best QB in the class and the 137th-ranked player in the nation.
Hurley has offers from several big-time programs, including division rival Alabama. LSU’s 2024 class currently ranks third in the country with Hurley the crowned jewel.

LSU is well positioned at QB now with [autotag]Jayden Daniels[/autotag] and [autotag]Garrett Nussmeier[/autotag], but they won’t be there forever. The Tigers will need an influx of talent at the position and Hurley is a critical part of that.
Hurley’s played varsity football since he was in eighth grade and won a state title as a freshman.
