One of Thornton’s biggest seasons came in 2018, when he totaled 21 tackles (seven solo) with one sack.
In 2020, he recorded five tackles (four solo), with two sacks and one forced fumble. He has posted 45 tackles (16 solo), with three sacks, one forced fumble and one pass defensed over four years in Baton Rouge.
