Matt McMahon has been working hard on the recruiting trail for the 2024 class. He has the Tigers in a good position to battle for some of the best prospects in the country as LSU has made the final eight schools for four-star small forward [autotag]Annor Boateng[/autotag] from Arkansas.
Boateng is a 6-foot-5, 205-pound, four-star small forward from Little Rock, Arkansas, where he plays for Little Rock Central High School. As you can imagine, in-state Arkansas is currently the favorite to land him at 44% per On3.
LSU made the list along with Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio State and Virginia Tech. The Tigers do not currently have any commitments for the 2024 class but the coaching staff has been on the road all summer checking out the top talent in the country and dishing out offers to the best of the best.
Boateng is the 13th small forward the Tigers have offered in this cycle.
