LSU earns votes in week two USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll

The LSU Tigers receive votes in the latest USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll but remain unranked.

Week two of college football has come and gone. It was a wild affair in the second full week for the sport. USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll was released on Sunday. After falling completely out of the poll last week, the LSU Tigers received votes in the second week but are on the outside of the top 25 once again. Based on the tally of votes, the Tigers would sit at No. 38 overall.

The big movers of the poll were the Arkansas Razorbacks after their upset victory over the Texas Longhorns, they are sitting at No. 20. The Longhorns fell out of the top 25.
