LSU senior defensive end Travez Moore entered the NCAA transfer portal on Wednesday, according to Matt Zenitz of AL.com
Moore’s time in Baton Rouge was short as he played in just four games for the Tigers, including two this year. This year for LSU, Moore recorded three tackles in two games, including one for loss and a sack.
In 2019, Moore played in two games, finishing with three tackles and a half-sack.
Originally a junior-college transfer, Moore came to LSU from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where he was the No. 1 ranked JUCO weakside defensive end in 2019, according to 247Sports.
Moore originally opted out of the remainder of the 2020 season in October, and head coach Ed Orgeron said he never personally spoke with Moore.
The emergence of freshman B.J. Ojulari played a major role in Moore’s limited playing time in 2020.
