LSU commit Colin Hurley to enroll early

Colin Hurley, who already reclassified to 2024, announced he’ll enroll early at LSU.

[autotag]Colin Hurley[/autotag], a key piece of LSU’s 2024 recruiting class, announced plans to enroll early.

It’s not unusual for quarterbacks to participate in early enrollment, but in the case of Hurley, he already reclassified to 2024 after originally being a member of the 2025 class. That means he’ll be exceptionally young when he arrives in Baton Rouge.

The spring semester will begin before Hurley even turns 17.

Hurley is ranked as a top 20 QB by all four major recruiting sites. His best ranking comes from ESPN, who ranks Hurley as the 14th best QB in the class. If Hurley remained in the 2025 class, he likely would be ranked a little higher.

Hurley’s been an active member of LSU’s recruiting class. He was one of the first to join and has worked to recruit others to commit to LSU.

He won’t compete for the job upon first arriving with [autotag]Garrett Nussmeier[/autotag] slated to return in 2024, but Hurley certainly factors into LSU’s plans down the road.
