LSU commit Bradley Ezewiro confirms his commitment

Bradley Ezewiro confirmed his commitment this week.

LSU incoming freshman Bradley Ezewiro confirms he will be joining the Tigers for the 2021-2022 season.

Ezewiro was originally supposed to join the 2020 class, but he decided waiting a season was the best decision for himself and his teammates.

According to Ezewiro, the 2020 class was pretty loaded with talent, and he felt one more year of development would propel him to the next level.

He told the media that when he finally lands on campus, he plans on playing any position Coach Wade needs him to play when he hits the floor.  Ezewiro has a number of guard skills that should help add depth to the Tigers backcourt including a solid three-point shot and the ability to get to the basket.

He says this year his focus was improving his jumper and ball handling skills while also making sure he’s in Division I basketball shape.

He also says his goal is to win an SEC championship and get as far in the March Madness tournament as possible.

The Tigers have made two straight NCAA tournament appearances, and they. would’ve been to three straight if last year’s tournament wasn’t cancelled due to COVID-19.

Other commits expected to join the Tigers roster next season include Brandon Murray (IMG Academy) and Jerrell Colbert (Houston).
