Lakers at Suns: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Suns 110, Lakers 95

Money line (ML)

The Suns have not been playing as well since the All-Star Break, going 3-2 so far and alternating wins and losses.

The Lakers will play without their two superstars, which makes this game a bit of a must-win for the Suns to stay ahead of Los Angeles in the Western Conference.

The Suns are healthy and should win. However, at -400, it isn’t worth it. PASS on the money line.

Against the spread (ATS)

The Suns have the best ATS record in the NBA at 27-13, which matches their overall record. It is with good reason. The Suns have covered the spread in every single win this season. Phoenix has failed to cover the spread in any loss.

When they win, they cover, so the question is whether they will beat the Lakers, who are 21-21 ATS this season and 2-2 ATS when they are underdogs. With no LeBron or AD, the Suns should win and cover.

Take the SUNS -10 (-110).

Over/Under (O/U)

The Lakers have the lowest Over percentage in the league at 35.7%. They are 4-15 O/U on the road. They will be without their two best offensive players, so even getting to 100 points will be tough, and they still allow the second-fewest points in the league at 106.3.

Take UNDER 214.5 (-110).
