The Los Angeles Clippers (23-10) travel to FedExForum Thursday to play the Memphis Grizzlies (13-14) at 8 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the Clippers-Grizzlies odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.
Los Angeles just finished a six-game homestand with 4-2 straight up and against the spread records. The losses came against the Brooklyn Nets (112-108 as a 6.5-point favorite) and Utah Jazz (114-96 as a 6.5-point underdog).
The Grizzlies have lost back-to-back games and have split their last eight games SU and ATS. Memphis hasn’t performed well as a home underdog this season and is 2-4 ATS with a minus-14.8 margin of victory and minus-8.8 spread differential in those spots.
The Clippers won last year’s regular-season series 2-1 but, the Grizzlies covered the spread in two of those games and their lone win was a 140-114 whooping.

Clippers at Grizzlies: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Clippers 121, Grizzlies 108
Money line (ML)
PASS because the -350 for the Clippers is too steep of a price for L.A. or any NBA regular-season favorite for that matter.
In my opinion, no team is a big enough lock for that kind of return on investment.

Against the spread (ATS)
The Clippers at full health has been a rare sight since SF Kawhi Leonard and SG Paul George, and to a lesser extent PG Pat Beverley, came to town, but when these guys are on the court together they are dominant.
At least one of those three was missing in each of the first two Clippers-Grizzlies games last season—both of which Memphis covered. The Clippers had all three active in the final regular-season meeting and stomped the Grizz 124-97.
Furthermore, the Clippers hammer bad defensive squads. L.A. is 11-1 straight-up with a plus-4.6 spread differential against bottom-10 defenses, according to CleaningTheGlass.com.
Memphis, on the other hand, doesn’t do so well against good offenses as the Grizzlies are 3-5 overall with the 28th-ranked spread differential at minus-7.9 vs. top-10 offenses.
BET CLIPPERS -8.5 (-105) for 1 unit.
Over/Under (O/U)
Slight lean on OVER 225.5 (-115) because L.A.’s defense has been far less tenacious this season compared to last, which is part of the reason the Clippers have a 20-12-1 O/U record this year.
The sharp side of the market is barrelling into the Under so I’d only make a tiny wager on OVER 225.5 (-115).
