The Chargers have not had QB Justin Herbert take a snap yet this preseason. Their last game was a 15-10 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, managing to gain only 162 yards of offense.
The Seahawks are winless in the preseason so far. They were blown out 30-3 in their last game by the Denver Broncos. They have not played their starters yet this preseason.

The Chargers, at +200 odds, have an implied 33.33% chance of winning, or 2/1 fractional odds. If Los Angeles wins outright or loses by 5 points or less, a Chargers +5.5 (-110) ATS bet wins.
The Seahawks (-250) have an implied 71.43% chance of beating the Chargers, or 2/5 fractional odds. Seattle must win by 6 or more points for a Seahawks -5.5 (-110) ATS ticket to cash.
There would need to be at least 36 points scored Saturday for an OVER 35.5 (-115) ticket to cash, while a combined point total of 35 or fewer points is a win for the Under.
