The 2022-23 regular season is in the books and the Philadelphia 76ers now know who they will face in Round 1 of the playoffs. That team is the Brooklyn Nets who are a much different-looking team than the one that took the floor on opening night back in October.
The Nets that took the floor in October were led by Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and Ben Simmons. Three stars who were expected to lead the Nets to title contention in the East.
Now? Durant is a Phoenix Sun, Irving is a Dallas Maverick, and Simmons is out for the season with a back injury. Brooklyn is now led by Spencer Dinwiddie, Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, and other versatile pieces.
