Sean McVay and the Rams’ coaches have been working from home for most of the offseason after the NFL put restrictions in place preventing teams from going to their facilities. McVay has had a nice home office setup, including an area by the pool, but he’s back in the building as of Thursday.
The Rams shared a photo of McVay in his office wearing a facemask with all of the team’s new logos. Coaches have been allowed back in their respective buildings since June 5, but McVay took his time returning.
McVay even said recently that he wouldn’t go back into the facility until he absolutely had to because he liked his home setup.

It’s unclear if his coordinators and the Rams’ other coaches are also back in the building, but it’s likely that they are – or at least will be soon.
Players still aren’t allowed into the facilities yet, as the NFL works through guidelines to get them back in the buildings, and there can be no more than 50% of the staff in the office at a time. The total number is not to exceed 75 people, either.
