There won’t be any sympathy for the Pittsburgh Steelers from the Dallas Cowboys, but it’s worth noting that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger headed to the locker room before half time. That didn’t stop him from throwing for a touchdown first.
Roethlisberger took a hit from rookie defensive tackle Neville Gallimore that forced the Steelers to call a timeout to give him time enough to recover to finish off the drive.

Immediately after throwing a touchdown, he headed to the locker room, presumably for further evaluation. Backup quarterback Mason Rudolph has entered the game for the final drive of the half. There’s no additional information available on Roethlisberger’s status going forward.
