After much anticipation, the Los Angeles Rams finally revealed part of their brand refresh on Monday afternoon, pulling back the curtain on their new logo and colors. It was a lengthy process for the team, one that began when the Rams moved back to Los Angeles in 2016.
They used focus groups, gauged fans’ feelings on social media and attempted to keep with the franchise’s decorated history, all resulting in this new logo and color scheme.
Take a look.

So it turns out the leaked logo on the Rams hat was accurate, just slightly different due to the fact that it was Vegas-themed for the NFL draft. This is likely a nightmare scenario for fans who hated the leaked logo, hoping the team would stick with the classic ram head as the primary logo.
At least there is an alternate design of the ram head, though it’s not exactly revolutionary. It’s a minimalist design that emphasizes the horns.
On the bright side, the team is sticking with royal blue and yellow, adding in some white, too. That’s a somewhat surprising move, but a welcomed one.
