The Arizona Cardinals opened the season with a 20-16 loss on the road to the Washington Commanders. They had only 210 yards of offense and turned the ball over twice but had a fantastic defensive performance, sacking Sam Howell six times and forcing three turnovers.
It was a promising and disappointing performance.
