LOOK: Michigan football hosts heavy hitters in massive recruiting weekend

There were some elite recruits on campus on Saturday! #GoBlue

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan football may not have gained a win on the field against No. 1 Oregon, but the Wolverines still obtained something positive Saturday. The Wolverines held a big recruiting weekend with some top-flight prospects coming to Ann Arbor.

The headliner was 2025 Las Vegas (Nevada) Bishop Gorman four-star wide receiver Derek Meadows, an LSU commit who pledged in part due to five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood being committed to the Tigers. As the Wolverines look to flip Underwood, getting one of his fellow LSU commits back to Ann Arbor for the first time since May sets the stage for the potential of both ending up wearing maize and blue.

There were other big names, such as 2025 Bradenton (Florida) IMG Academy four-star linebacker Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng who made his second unofficial visit during the season after taking an official in June. Also, 2025 Tampa (Florida) Wiregrass Ranch four-star cornerback Graceson Littleton visited one day after backing off his pledge to Clemson.
