With coronavirus fears spreading far and wide across the country and globe, seemingly everything in the world has come to a screeching halt. The NBA was one of the first dominos to fall domestically with the postponing of the league on Wednesday.
But while the league has been suspended and strict restrictions have been applied, that hasn’t stopped Lonzo Ball and others from taking to the courts still.
On Saturday morning, Ball posted a photo to his Instagram story of what appears to be him finishing up a workout at the Pelicans practice facility with ice on his knees.

Ball’s work ethic has been well-documented and it’s what has led to him having drastic improvements as a three-point shooter this season. Though it’s not the off-season, this is one of the first times Ball has been healthy to potentially work on his game with the league not in session.
The NBA instituted a handful of rules for teams and players to follow during the league’s suspension. All players must remain in market of team, players must remain home as long as possible, no group workouts or practices are permitted and players must be in contact with team physicians or trainers at least once a day.
In terms of workouts, players are permitted to do so at the team’s practice facility but can not do any form of group workouts as a way to avoid any more potential spread of the virus.
