Lonzo Ball served as Santa Claus to the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday. Awaiting at each player’s locker was a specialized surprise in the form of personalized X-Boxes. Each X-Box featured the player’s number on a hard case. Zion Williamson was one of those surprised and cameras caught his reaction to receiving the prize and then him offering a hug to his teammate and point guard.
Williamson joked that Ball was not the one that gifted them the gaming systems, first thanking Jrue Holiday before walking across the locker room to embrace Ball.

The Pelicans also posted a series of photos of teammates equally surprised and excited with the gifts as well as a close up look of Ball and Williamson’s hug.
His teammates weren’t the only ones Ball helped out in recent days. On Monday, Ball traveled to a local school, Bridge School, to share a meal with the students and surprise them with an X-Box each as well.

Ball clearly has the giving spirit off the court, matching his reputation as an assist-giver on the court.
