Updates, highlights

The Packers are wearing their white uniforms — traditionally worn on the road — for Saturday’s preseason finale at Lambeau Field.

On the Packers Radio Network pre-game show, coach Matt LaFleur said the Packers won’t play any starters today vs. the Ravens.

The Packers announce 38 players won’t play against the Ravens, including most starters.

Anders Carlson gets the Packers on the board with a 54-yard field goal to cap off the opening drive. Emanuel Wilson produced a pair of first downs on the ground, and Malik Heath had a chain-moving catch. Carlson’s kick curled inside the right upright.

Over the first two series, Sean Clifford is 1-for-7 passing with a bobbled snap. Not a great start for the second-year quarterback in the QB2 competition.

Strong first quarter for Malik Heath: three catches, 32 yards and three first downs.

Greg Joseph is good from 36 yards out and the Packers lead 6-0 in the second quarter.

The Ravens took the lead on a 48-yard touchdown pass from Josh Johnson to Tylan Wallace, who was wide open in the middle of the field on a busted coverage by the Packers. Might have been a mistake from rookie Kalen King.

Here are the dots. Who got it wrong?

The Bo Melton from 2023 is back! The third-year receiver made a spinning catch on a nice back-shoulder throw from Michael Pratt to put the Packers back into the lead. One of the best plays from the backup offense this preseason. Anders Carlson hit the extra point.

Arron Mosby’s strip sack resulted in a scoop-and-score of 24 yards for Anthony Johnson Jr., pushing the lead to 20-7 in the second quarter. Greg Joseph made the extra point.

Another big play from Arron Mosby. He dropped back into coverage and intercepted Devin Leary, who threw the ball right to him. Turnover-causing plays on back-to-back drives for Mosby.
