The Associated Press released the final voting and announced the All-Pro team for the 2021 NFL season. There was not a single Detroit Lions player in sight in any of the voting or outcome on the first or second All-Pro teams.
No Lions player earned even one vote at any position in the official balloting conducted by 50 AP voters. The AP All-Pro team is the most prestigious and recognizable of the postseason honors.
It extends the Detroit drought to four seasons since the Lions had a first-team All-Pro. Cornerback Darius Slay and return man Jamal Agnew earned the last Lions honors after the 2017 season.
