The Lions placed QB Matthew Stafford on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Stafford is the second Lions player to land on the COVID-19 list this season, joining Jarrad Davis.
Chase Daniel and David Blough are the Lions’ backup QBs and could start against the Vikings on Sunday
