Lions final injury report for Week 11 vs. Giants: Two DEs ruled out for Detroit

Two Lions are ruled out and four other starters are questionable for Sunday’s game against the Giants

The final weekly injury report for the Detroit Lions as the team heads to New York to face the Giants in Week 11 features just two players ruled out with injuries. Unfortunately, they both play the same position.

Defensive ends Charles Harris and Josh Paschal have been ruled out by the team. Harris suffered a groin injury sometime after Wednesday’s practice. Paschal, the second-round rookie who had been playing well as a starter over Harris, did not practice all week with a knee injury.

Four others are questionable, a list that includes starting safety DeShon Elliott. No. 5 is advancing through the concussion protocol. However, he was not at the portion of practice open to the media and was listed as limited all week.

The rest of the questionable players, all of whom are starters:

  • C Frank Ragnow (foot)
  • WR Josh Reynolds (back)
  • LB Malcolm Rodriguez (elbow)

Every other player is healthy enough to not need any injury designation and was a full participant all week outside of a scheduled veteran rest day for LT Taylor Decker and a minor illness for RB Jamaal Williams.
