Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields held his second pro day workout for NFL teams on Wednesday. And the Detroit Lions were represented in the interested parties watching on location.
The Lions had at least one prominent evaluator on hand to watch Fields throw up close and personal. They were joined by several other teams in the top 10 who are at least somewhat connected to selecting a quarterback, including the San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons.
Fields held the second workout after a stellar performance in Ohio State’s pro day in late March. Fields threw the ball impressively and ran a 4.44 40-yard dash that opened more eyes about just how athletically gifted the Georgia transfer truly is.
