The Jacksonville Jaguars have spent the past few months unloading their once-talented core of players in what points to a complete rebuilding effort.
Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye were already gone. And on Sunday, defensive star Calais Campbell was next on his way out of Jacksonville with a trade to the Ravens.
While running back Leonard Fournette poked fun at the rebuilding effort after the Bouye trade a couple weeks ago, Campbell’s departure really had Fournette feeling depressed about the Jaguars’ direction. During an Instagram Live video on Sunday, Fournette said that he felt like he was broken up with — even though he felt like it opened an opportunity for the younger players.

Fournette said:
“I’m just so hurt. I feel like my girl broke up with me. I feel like my girl broke up with me right now. She left for somebody else.”
And Yannick Ngakoue could be next to leave. It’s not a great time to be a Jaguars fan.
