LeBron James may be based and playing in California. However, his Ohio roots always ring true.
The NBA great saw Joe Burrow injured on Sunday in the Cincinnati Bengals’ loss to the Washington Football Team. And a day later reports were the quarterback suffered major damage to his left knee.
So, James took to social media to let Burrow know that while he starred at LSU in college after transferring from Ohio State, “Once a Buckeye always a Buckeye!”
Hated to see it yesterday. Have a speedy but more importantly healthy recovery @JoeyB! Once a Buckeye always a Buckeye! 🙏🏾 #ThatBoyGood
