LeBron James not among Spencer Dinwiddie’s three greatest scorers of all time

Spencer Dinwiddie never has a problem stirring things up on social media, even though that’s not necessarily his intention.

Spencer Dinwiddie never shies away from sharing his opinion, especially when it comes to something basketball-related. And the Brooklyn Nets guard has a tendency to ruffle feathers with his takes, even though that’s not necessarily his intention.

But Dinwiddie hadn’t said anything recently that necessarily caught anyone off-guard — he also hasn’t had anything he could use to pick on the New York Knicks, a frequent target of his.

Then came the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Houston Rockets on Thursday. After a remark was made about LeBron James on the broadcast, Dinwiddie had to offer his opinion about where the Lakers forward ranked among the league’s best scorers ever.

Although Dinwiddie gave James credit for possibly being the greatest offensive playmaker of all time, he would not rank him among the games top-3 scorers ever, tweeting:

Heard that comment about James as a scorer. Might be overall best offensive ‘playmaker,’ maybe but he’s not top 3 scorer. KD [Kevin Durant], Bean [Kobe Bryant], MJ [Michael Jordan].
