The USC Trojans men’s and women’s basketball team kicked off their seasons on Monday with big victories. The men’s team would score a victory if Bronny James manages to get healthy and receive medical clearance to play later in the season. The Trojans are still waiting for the official word on James after his health scare.
After the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Miami Heat on Monday, LeBron James gave an update on Bronny’s health, as relayed by Dave McMenamin of ESPN.
Per the update, Bronny will get a check-up at the end of November, and if all goes well, he could start gearing up for a return to the court and his USC debut.
This is encouraging news for the Trojans and Andy Enfield. Getting the five-star recruit on the floor alongside Isaiah Collier, Boogie Ellis, and the rest would be a huge boost.
Bronny James has a ton of talent. The Trojans have been pegged as a potential Pac-12 champion by some experts in the preseason, so there is a lot of excitement in Los Angeles for this basketball team.
Bronny James is going to get a check up at the end of the month, according to LeBron James. If he’s cleared, he will practice with the intention to return to game action for USC this season.
