LeBron James and many other viewers got their wish earlier this week when news broke that FXX’s critically acclaimed show ‘Dave’ would be renewed for a second season. Over the weekend, LeBron James was one of many, but definitely the most famous, who voiced his opinion on social media about getting a second season for the comedy, which the show confirmed on their social media on Monday. Of course, the show also made sure to give LeBron a proper shoutout on social media, to let him know the good news. While LeBron was one of many who loved the show, it couldn’t have hurt negotiations with executives that the most famous basketball player in the world likes the show.

LeBron is no stranger to making good television sitcoms either. His show “Survivor’s Remorse” went for four seasons on STARZ, which is a sitcom that focuses on the life of a professional basketball star, loosely based on LeBron’s life. In fact, we have a podcast about it too.
