Aside from being the best player in the league, LeBron James is a basketball junkie and will often spend his free time during the regular season watching other games on NBA League Pass. But his experience using the NBA’s Gametime app was so bad during Wednesday night’s first full NBA slate of games that he was moved to comment on it on social media.
James criticized the NBA’s Gametime app while tagging the official Twitter account of the NBA, blasting it for poor functionality related to its interface, with both the schedule feature and the box score. Hopefully, a little royal criticism will be something to light a fire under the NBA to make necessary changes to their app.
Hello, @NBA Gametime App. Why does all these games say live if none of them are on yet? Can we put the times on them until the game actually start? Also the BOX SCORE is kinda weird too. Asking for a friend by the way.

James has never hesitated to speak his mind on things and while the NBA Gametime app is far from the most important thing he uses his platform for, it is something that has caused plenty of frustration for many others who can relate to James’ gripes.
