Former North Carolina forward Leaky Black ended his college career after five years this past season and is now looking forward to whats next in his career. And on Wednesday, it was revealed that Black would get his shot to impress at least one team.
Black took to Snapchat to reveal that he has a workout with the Golden State Warriors ahead of June’s 2023 NBA draft. While Golden State is in the middle of the Western Conference Playoffs, the front office and scouting department will still be hard at work evaluating potential draft prospects.
For Black, he’s not expected to be drafted as of now but this is a great chance to showcase his skills for an NBA team and potentially win them over.

The former four-star forward is a Concord, North Carolina native and started the last four years for the Tar Heels. Over that time, he developed into an elite defensive player and did improve his jump shot in the process although that is still not a strength of his game.
Black could have more predraft visits as well as we are still over a month away from the start of the draft.
