Former North Carolina forward Leaky Black is getting his shot at making a good impression with NBA teams ahead of the league’s annual draft later on this month.
After working out for Boston, Golden State and Atlanta, Black was back on the court to work out with another team. The forward worked out for the Washington Wizards on Friday, as he was one of six players in the building to try and impress the organization.
The Wizards hosted Black, Timmy Allen, Nathan Mensah, Adama Sanogo, Race Thompson and Justice Sueing for the private workouts per the team’s official website.
After five seasons at North Carolina, Black is looking to continue his basketball career on the professional ranks. While he wasn’t invited to the NBA draft combine, he did participate in the G-League Combine.
As of right now, Black is not projected to get drafted by many mock draft sites.
