Mandatory minicamp for the Bucs begins on June 13, and LB [autotag]Devin White[/autotag] may be trending toward showing up after all.

Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reported on Monday that White attended a voluntary photo shoot for promotional material to promote the Bucs’ upcoming 2023 season. White participated in the voluntary photo shoot in the midst of a contract dispute with the team that has seen him ask to be traded during the offseason.

White’s participation could be a sign that he may attend mandatory minicamp. White did not attend OTAs, which are optional, but if he skips out on mandatory minicamp he could possibly incur fines by the team for his absence. Players have also “held in” as a result of the financial threats, where they attend camp but do not participate to avoid said fines. It’s currently unknown what White plans to do, but his appearances in promotional material certainly seem to suggest that he welcomes his association with the team during his contract dispute.

Mandatory minicamp is a three-day program that will conclude offseason activities until training camp begins later in the year.
