With the New England Patriots having a busy offseason to this point, more contract details have been made available for some of the newest signings. Friday, the contract details for defensive tackle Lawrence Guy were released.
The entire deal is worth four years, $11.5 million
The contract is manageable for the Patriots. His signing bonus is $1 million. He is set to make $1.57 million in 2021 in addition to a $25,000 per-game roster bonus. His earnings in 2022, 2023, and 2024 included a $2 million base salary, in addition to a $58,800 roster bonus.
Guy recorded 57 tackles and two sacks last season for New England. He has been a mainstay on the defensive line for the Patriots, having joined the team in 2017.
