The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got another injury scare Friday, as Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans left practice early and didn’t return.
After practice, Bucs head coach Todd Bowles told the media Evans “might have tweaked a hamstring,” but a full diagnosis was still in the works.
The Bucs are already without Pro Bowl center Ryan Jensen, who suffered a knee injury on the second day of training camp practice, and is expected to miss significant time.
Evans has dealt with hamstring injuries throughout his career, but has still managed to be one of the NFL’s most consistently dominant receivers.
