The All-Star game in Salt Lake City is right around the corner, and the Philadelphia 76ers figure to have a few representatives during the weekend of Feb. 17.
Joel Embiid and James Harden are perennial All-Stars and are going to be in Utah for the game regardless. They remain in the running to be named All-Star starters for the midseason contest.
On Thursday, the NBA released the latest update on All-Star voting. Embiid is fourth among Eastern Conference frontcourt players. He is behind Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jayson Tatum
As for Harden, he drops to fourth in the Eastern Conference backcourt voting. He finds himself trailing Kyrie Irving, Donovan Micthell and Jaylen Brown in the voting.

All-Star fan voting ends on Saturday, so Sixers fans have just two more days to vote for their two top guys. The final starters are expected to be announced soon thereafter.
If Embiid and Harden are not named starters, they will most certainly be named to the team as reserves.
