Superstar celebrities, like Tom Brady and Larry David, run into each other at super powered events, like the Kentucky Derby. So it’s no surprise that David and Brady ended up packed into the same elevator during the Derby this year.
Even so, David managed to get through the interaction with an outrageous amount of nonchalance — even with Brady, probably literally, breathing down his neck. FOX Sports sportscaster Charissa Thompson was on the elevator with Brady and David. She recounted the exchange on her podcast with FOX Sports’ Erin Andrews. It sounds like David was wildly unfazed by Brady’s presence. When Brady greeted David, the TV star simply replied: “Tom, hey.” And that was it.
Just so casual! You should hear Thompson tell the story.
