The annual NBA general manager survey was released on Friday, only a handful of days ahead of the 2020-21 season.
LaMelo Ball was voted as the favorite for Rookie of the Year in the survey and was second in voting of rookies that will be the best in five years.
In the Rookie of the Year voting, Ball received 39% of the vote, finishing comfortably ahead of Golden State’s James Wiseman in second place at 29%.
Wiseman was named the rookie that will be the best player in five years, receiving 36% of the vote.
