The Los Angeles Lakers play the Brooklyn Nets on Christmas, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
Los Angeles (16-17) is on a four-game losing streak after losing to the San Antonio Spurs by 28 points. The roster has been decimated by the loss of players who are in the health and safety protocol, and the depth around LeBron James and Russell Westbrook hasn’t been strong enough on either ends of the floor to deliver wins. Anthony Davis is also out with an MCL sprain, but the Nets also have availability issues.
Brooklyn (21-9) is the No. 1 team in the Eastern Conference. However, Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge, Kyrie Irving (who hasn’t played this season), Cam Thomas, Kessler Edwards, David Duke Jr. and Day’Ron Sharpe are in the health and safety protocol and out. Joe Harris has been nursing an ankle injury and is out.
Fans have highly anticipated a matchup between both sides with all the stars on the court, but that again will not be the case. James Harden, however, recently cleared the protocol, along with Paul Millsap, and should be good to start.
