With yesterday being Kobe Bryant’s 42nd birthday and today’s date marking 8/24, the two numbers he wore in his Lakers career, the Los Angeles Lakers are honoring the memory of Kobe and Gigi Bryant by wearing special ‘Black Mamba’ uniforms that have a Black snakeskin print on the front. The Lakers shared an up-close look at the uniforms they will wear tonight, sending out a tweet at exactly 8:24 a.m. on the West coast. The Lakers lead their best-of-seven series against the Blazers 2-1.
