Following a last-minute loss to the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, the Los Angeles Lakers will enter Game 6 on Sunday as six-point favorites to win, according to BetMGM.
LeBron James scored 40 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists during the 111-108 loss on Friday while Anthony Davis had 28 points and 12 rebounds. The Lakers had an opportunity to take the lead late but Danny Green missed a wide-open 3-pointer with 7.1 seconds left and the Heat held on to win.
Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 35 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists and five steals in Game 5, his second triple-double of the series, while Duncan Robinson erupted for 26 points and rookie Kendrick Nunn chipped in 14 points off of the bench.
