The UCLA Bruins Spring game is on Saturday, April 27 in what should be a terrific sight for the new era of Bruins football.
The Rose Bowl is expected to have a lot of fans on hand to see the new-look Bruins with DeShaun Foster as the new head coach. Laiatu Latu, who was selected by the Indianapolis Colts at No. 15 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, is expected to be on hand for the game.
During an interview with Kirk Morrison, Latu mentioned he would be at the Spring Game to support Foster and his former teammates.
It’s a classy gesture, albeit not a surprising one.
As usual, there is always a handful of former players taking part in the game, but Latu doing so right after being chosen in the NFL Draft is a cool gesture for the new coaching staff.
The Spring Game will be the first look of the new era with Foster.
Great catching up with @laiatu_latu in Detroit, just one day before the 2024 NFL Draft on @SiriusXMNFL w/ @BruceMurrayNFL and myself.
