Days ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft, there are way too many scenarios to count. The one constant for the UCLA Bruins is Laiatu Latu, who will be a first-round choice barring an unforeseen turn of events.
Charles McDonald and Nate Tice of Yahoo Sports compiled a new mock draft, and Latu fell pretty far in this latest one. He went to the Arizona Cardinals at No. 27 overall. Here’s what they wrote about Latu:
Latu’s draft stock feels extremely fluid, but the Cardinals are happy to land him here. He has the production and traits to be a long-term fixture on the Cardinals’ front as they continue to rebuild their defense.
Latu’s stock is fluid indeed. Some mocks have him going as high as No. 8 with others having him toward the back end of the first round, such as this one for example.
Either way, Latu — who will be in attendance — should hear his name called on Thursday night.
