Kyrie Irving had to leave the Nets’ game against the Bulls after taking a hit to the face.

Kyrie Irving was having himself a game with 13 points, 5 assists and 3 rebounds against the Chicago Bulls. Unfortunately, he had to leave the game in the third quarter due to a facial contusion. He suffered the injury after taking a hit from Nikola Vucevic.

He was helped off the court by his teammates, but you can tell he was in extreme discomfort once he went down because he put his jersey over his face and kept stomping on the floor.

Steve Nash said after the game that Irving did not suffer a concussion on the play, and that the Nets will conduct further tests on Wednesday to evaluate his condition.
