Nets star Kyrie Irving has been reflecting a lot on the past. As one of the most controversial players in the NBA since getting drafted in 2011, nowadays he isn’t bothered when people bring up his past. Through this whole journey though, Irving has admitted that he is indeed human and that he has not always made the right choices on twitter:
“I just smile when I see and hear people bring up things that I have said or done in my past. lol I know I haven’t always made the right choices, but I can definitely say that I have been able to learn and grow from them. Use me as an example kids, think before you speak and act.”
You can bring up his comments on saying the Earth is flat or maybe when he promised Cavaliers fans that he was going to stay for good. Times have changed and whether Irving was right or wrong, Uncle Drew has been able to grow from this all.
