Kyler Murray inactive, DeAndre Hopkins active for Cardinals vs. 49ers

Check out which Cardinals will not suit up for their game against the 49ers in Mexico.

The Arizona Cardinals released their list of inactive players for their Monday night Week 11 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. As expected, quarterback Kyler Murray is out and inactive, while wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will suit up and play.

There are no surprises with the inactives.

Arizona Cardinals Week 11 inactives

  • QB Kyler Murray
  • CB Byron Murphy
  • LB Jesse Luketa
  • LB Victor Dimukeje
  • OL D.J. Humphries
  • OL Max Garcia
  • TE Zach Ertz

Ertz has not yet been placed on injured reserve. His season is over after knee surgery.

Colt McCoy will start for the second game in a row for the Cardinals while Murray lets his injured hamstring heal.

Humphries and Murphy were already ruled out with back injuries. Josh Jones will start at left tackle for the Cardinals and Antonio Hamilton will replace Murphy in the lineup with Marco Wilson at cornerback.

With Garcia out, we might see rookie Lecitus Smith at right guard for the second game in a row, or it could be Rashaad Coward, who started at left guard last week, at right guard with Cody Ford now healthy.
