Kyler Murray expected to begin throwing to teammates this week

Kliff Kingsbury expects things to happen soon and for players to head to Minnesota to work with Larry Fitzgerald.

The workouts with Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and his receivers have not happened yet. That is about to change, according to head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

“I believe that’s going to start happening this week and roll into whenever training camp may be,” he told reporters in a video conference on Monday.  “Fitz usually gets those guys up there in Minnesota, so I’m sure their playing things out for the next couple of weeks.”

The Cardinals are nearing the end of their virtual offseason program. No players have been able to rep on the field what they have done in their meetings.

It will be important for Murray to build some chemistry with his teammates, although most of the offensive personnel remains the same as last year.
