Kristaps Porzingis believes the Boston Celtics can get even better

And this coming after a 51-point win vs. a solid ball club.

In a recent interview after the Boston Celtics practiced on Thursday, star big man Kristaps Porzingis said that the Celtics can still improve despite their impressive offensive performance to start the 2023-24 NBA season, which sounds frightening to the rest of the league given his words came on the wake of the second-highest scoring game in the history of the storied franchise as the Celtics beat the Indiana Pacers 155-104 the night before.

“What can you say?” asked Porzingis via CLNS Media. “We won by 51 and everybody was making shots, and everybody’s shooting great. We’re a team that once we get going like that it’s really hard to stop us.”

“I was just doing my part on defense and as I said I could still get much better — and offensively too,” he continued.

“I think offensively we’re still we’re still building chemistry, even though we have some glimpses of really good plays and passes we’re still building chemistry, still catching up on the little nuances,” said Porzingis.

The thought of something more efficient and dangerous than the Celtics we saw vs. Indiana on Wednesday should give Boston fans goosebumps.

And pretty much everyone else nightmares.
