The struggling New York Knicks open a two-game road trip with a stop in Cleveland to face the Cavs on Friday night, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on BetMGM.
The game tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on MSG Network (NYK) and Fox Sports Ohio (CLE).
The Knicks have lost four consecutive games, and have been inept offensively over that run, averaging just 93.8 points per game. The Cavs have been similarly productive on the offensive end, and have lost three straight as star guard Collin Sexton has been out of the lineup with an ankle injury.
Cleveland big man Andre Drummond probable for Friday, but Sexton will miss another game, and Darius Garland, Kevin Love, Kevin Porter Jr., Dylan Windler and Matthew Dellavedova are all out as well. Reggie Bullock is questionable for the Knicks, Alec Burks is doubtful, and Frank Ntilikina is out.

Advice and prediction
This has all the makings of a “first team to 100 wins” game – if either team can even reach 100. The Knicks and Cavs have already played once this season, with the Knicks winning 95-86, and New York also picked up two wins over Cleveland in the preseason.
With Collin Sexton out, I can’t see the Cavaliers breaking out of their slump, and while the Knicks have been just as bad recently, they still have the better available roster with Julius Randle and a competent backcourt. I’ll take the Knicks -1.5.
Prediction: Knicks 101, Cavs 89
